Repair Outlook that does not receive emails in Outlook for Mac

Test
your connection
First, make sure you are associated with the Internet. When
you have verified your connection. Make sure you are working in Outlook online
services.
At the beginning, you should
visit the Outlook menu.
Test to verify when you
choose Work offline or not.
After
that, tap Work offline to clear the Check online job and check box.
SMTP
authentication enabled
When your email services need authentication and your
configuration is not correct, you will not receive emails.
First, start with Outlook.
After that, go
to the Tools menu and tap Accounts.
Then, you must choose the
email account that is available in the Account box.
After that, tap More options
on Outgoing Server.
Then, select the type of
authentication in the request menu that is visible.
Finally, you must follow the
instructions to insert your credentials.
