Air Transat Cancellation Policy

 If you are traveling with a non-refundable ticket and wish to cancel your airline ticket, you will be charged a minimum amount of cancellation fee. If you cancel your Air Transat flight ticket within 60 days of booking the flight, you may not be charged any cancellation fee and your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. If you want to change your flight plans within 60 days of booking the flight, you may not be charged any additional change fee, however, you must pay the difference fee amount. If your new ticket is cheaper than the old one, the remaining value after subtracting the cost of the ticket will be refunded to the original form of payment that you chose at the time of booking the ticket.

Air Transat 24-hour cancellation policy

If you are traveling on a non-refundable ticket and want to cancel / change your flight trip, you will be charged a large amount of cancellation fee. But if you cancel your airline ticket within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If you want to make any changes within 24 hours of booking the flight, no change fee will be charged, however you will have to pay the difference fee. If your new destination is cheaper than the old one, then the amount of the difference after subtracting the fare amount from the new ticket, the rest will be refunded to you in the original payment mode you chose at the time of ticket purchase.
