HP printer does not print
HP Printer Won't Print ”is a very common problem that can be
due to many different reasons.
• missing or outdated drivers
• bad connections
• bad settings in Windows
• and more
Even simple things like running out of ink or having a paper
jam can cause frustration with any printer, like your HP printer.
Here are some solutions you may want to explore to try to
troubleshoot your HP printer.
Cancel
all HP printer jobs
Eliminate stuck print jobs on your HP printer
This is a bit more technical, but not too advanced that you
can't give it a try. Many times during the life of an HP printer, the jobs you
send to print can get stuck in the print queue.
If the job in question remains in the print queue, you can
prevent all other printing from running normally on your HP printer. In this
case, cleaning the print queue for all jobs might help the latest print
requests to process smoothly. Let's start!
1. Go to your Windows Control Panel and select "Devices
and Printers"
You can access your control panel by typing "Control
Panel" in the search bar in Windows 10 or in earlier versions of Windows
press the Windows logo key and the "R" key on your keyboard at the
same time to open the box Run dialog. In this dialog, type "control"
and hit Enter. This will open the Control Panel in most Windows operating
systems.

2. Find your HP printer in the list of printing devices, make
sure it's the one you're having trouble with. Right click on that printer and
select "See what's printing" from the drop-down list.
right click and select See what's printing
3. When the new page opens, click on the "Printer"
menu item at the top right and select "Open as administrator" from
the drop-down menu.
4. Open the "Printer" menu item at the top right
AGAIN and select "Cancel all documents". At this point, a
confirmation dialog window may open and you should confirm that you want to
delete all documents in the print queue by selecting "Yes"

Now try running a print on that HP printer again to see if
that was the problem. If that didn't work, try the following steps.
