And you are ready!

Budget airlines

Low-cost airlines like Frontier and Spirit like to deal with their own changes and cancellations. But we can help you communicate. We have a list of airline phone numbers here.

Return trips with a 2-way fare

Since each ticket is considered separate, be sure to cancel each one-way trip separately. For more information, read Roundtrip Flights.

If one of your flights is with a low-cost airline, such as Frontier or Spirit, you will need to contact the airline to cancel that flight. (They love doing this part of their part.) You can cancel your other trip with us.

holiday bags

If your trip is part of a vacation package, read Canceling Your Vacation Package for more information, including how to cancel a part of a package and what to expect when you do.

good to know

If you miss or skip your outbound flight, the airline will cancel your return flight. Unless you have booked a round trip with a one way ticket, because your tickets are considered separate in this case.

If the airline changes or cancels your flight, check the airline-initiated schedule changes to see what to do next.

If you buy aviation insurance, be sure to read aviation insurance to learn more about when and how you can use it.
