Make sure you have the Google Assistant app installed on
your device. Most Android devices already have it installed, but iOS devices
need to have it installed manually. If necessary, download the Google Assistant
app from Google Play or the App Store. When you connect your headphones to your
device, you should be notified to set up the Google Assistant. Follow the
instructions to add your headphones to your Google Assistant.
Note: The Google Assistant is not available in all languages
and
countries.
If pressing the Voice Assistant button doesn't activate
Google Assistant correctly, here are some things you can try:
Make sure the Voice Assistant button is configured in Google
Assistant. In the Bose Music app, select Settings> Voice Assistant>
Google Assistant. You may also have to tap "Settings and settings" to
finish setting up your headphones with the Google Assistant app.
Restart your device
Connect your mobile device to Wi-Fi®
Disconnect Bluetooth® and reconnect
Clear the list of Bluetooth devices from your headphones by
pressing and holding the Power / Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. You should
hear "Device List Deleted" from the headphones. On your device, go to
Bluetooth settings and take off your headphones. Reconnect the headphones to
your device
