the system through the Google Docs site. This can be done quickly with the iOS

Steps to send Word files to Google Docs
It is a subpart of Google Drive. In Google Docs, to work
on Word documents, you must first upload them to "Google Drive."
Go to Google Drive. Users can see the Go to Google
Drive button.
Touch and sign in to the Google account.
Touch New.
Touch Upload file.
Touch Load folder to load the full folder of many Word
documents.
Your document is probably uploaded to Google Drive. Simply
save it there for backup purposes or if you have to share it with Google Docs.
It can also be converted to Google Docs format.
Follow the steps below:
Go to Google Docs.
Touch a Word document that users must edit along with
Google Docs.
Touch Edit as Google Docs: by doing this, the
document will become a Google Docs format.
The original document will be saved in Google Drive.
Whenever you edit the documents in Google Docs, it
will become a modified one.
Download edited files from Google Docs
Go to Google Docs and choose the document
to download.
The file will be present on the sheet from where you
can make the modifications.
Users cannot see the surface if they have marked the
wrong document.
Users can quickly determine which of the documents are "Google Docs" files.
Take a look at the file extensions that are still
Microsoft Word documents.
Google Docs files will not have any file extension.
If you see any.DOCX or.DOC, then the file has not yet
been converted to Google Docs format.
Open File> Download as and choose the file format.
Users can choose between formats such as ODT, DOCX,
PDF, RTF or EPUB.
Select a folder where the document can be saved.
You can even download it to your computer.
You can perform the previous step if you have a download folder defined for the browser.
Touch Save.
