Since most of your Instagram accounts are
registered with an email address, you can easily retrieve your Instagram
password with your email address.
To do it:
1) Open the Instagram application on your
phone or computer, and you should see the login screen.
2) Touch Forgot your password? on the screen.
3) You will see the screen of ¿Problems when
logging in?, Touch Username and make sure that your Instagram name is correct.
4) Press Send login link.
5) Instagram will send a link to your email
address to reset the password for your Instagram account.
Please note that if you no longer have access
to that email address, you can try to Recover Instagram with the phone number
or Recover Instagram with the Facebook account or, otherwise, you should
contact your email service provider to get access to that email account.
6) Now go to check the inbox of your email
address (or Spam if you do not receive the email) and click on Reset your
Instagram password.
Please note that if you want to log in to your
Instagram without resetting your password, you can click on Log in as your
username.
7) You will be redirected to the browser on
your device, type your new password and confirmation of new password, then
click on Reset password to finish.
Make sure to use a password that is safe to
not be hacked, while it is easy to remember.
8) After rebooting, you can now go to the
Instagram application on your device and log in with the new password.
